To make its services available in the city center, Claris Clinic opened a medical-aesthetics center in 2021 in the heart of Brussels, rue Belliard 141, a stone’s throw from the Schuman traffic circle.
The aim of this new facility is to offer our services locally and to raise awareness of the surgical services offered by our clinic in La Hulpe.

Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Oscar Winninger is a plastic surgeon specializing in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery who trained at the University Hospital of Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany. He is a member of the Royal Belgian Society for Plastic Surgery (RBSPS) and a Fellow ofthe European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery (EBOPRAS).
He has been involved in research and teaching in the field of microsurgery. He practices at CHIREC (Clinique de la Basilique) as well as in private practice in Brussels.
At Claris Clinic, he performs facial, breast, and body contouring procedures and also offers aesthetic medicine treatments. He sees patients in French, English, and German.
- Dr Christine WALRAVENS
Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Christine Walravens is a plastic surgeon who graduated from the Catholic University of Leuven in 2007 and is a member of the Royal Belgian Society of Plastic Surgery. She trained in Luxembourg and Paris, where she earned a diploma in microsurgery from the École du Fer à Moulin.
She also works at the Clinique Sainte-Anne Saint-Remi in Brussels.
She has been with Claris Clinic for more than five years, where she specializes in breast surgery—particularly breast augmentation—as well as facial and body contouring surgery, with a focus on achieving natural-looking results.

Operating Room Manager
A trained emergency nurse, Oriane De Breucker worked for several years in emergency departments, including the Clinique Sainte-Élisabeth in Brussels and the Braine-l’Alleud Hospital.
She has been the Operating Room Manager at Claris Clinic since 2014 and also leads informational consultations on plastic surgery; she is often the first person patients meet.

Dr. Favour Agbon received her medical degree from the Free University of Brussels (2021). - Prof. Bertrand RICHERT
Dermatologist
Prof. Bertrand Richert is a professor of dermatology (ULB) at Brugmann University Hospital and Saint-Pierre University Hospital in Brussels.
He is the author of more than 100 articles in peer-reviewed journals, six books, and 26 chapters in reference works, and has delivered more than 150 lectures worldwide. He founded the courses and masterclasses at theEuropean Academy of Dermatology, where he represents Belgium. He also teaches oncological skin surgery and interventional cosmetology to dermatology residents at the ULB.
At Claris Clinic, he sees patients for dermatology at the Claris Brussels location.
